Bedlay Gardens Dog Forest is a more natural dog field experience for your dog. Unlike other dog fields, our forest offers a private outdoor space that isn’t short of trees to sniff or bushes to rummage through. Trees lining the perimeter offer privacy and natural barrier from wind and rain. There is lovely open clearing space in the middle for your dog to run freely and unobstructed, and a handful of big trees in the centre to run around. The area has a wooden shelter and picnic bench.
Our magnificent grounds have trees dating back hundreds of years, as part of the original gardens of Bedlay Castle. Our forest holds a special place in history and is listed under Historic Environment Scotland. It’s hard to believe such a natural, historic environment is conveniently situated on the A80, right by M73 & M80 junctions.
